  • Thank you for choosing to spoil someone with Woof Passion! You’re more than welcome to send items as gifts. We advise putting your address in the “billing address” field and the lucky recipient’s address in the “shipping address” field. That way, they won’t receive the invoice in their package.

  • We ship everywhere in the United States. Free shipping on all orders.

  • If you gave us the wrong delivery address, please get in touch with us immediately. If your product has already been dispatched, this may incur extra charges.

  • Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. You’ll then receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

  • Shipping is on us. Free shipping on all orders! Can’t wait to see your friend's excited-puppy face again? Select “Happy Pup” ($20) for faster continental shipping at checkout.

  • Thank you for placing an order with us! Delivery times vary based on the recipient’s address. Free shipping takes 5 - 7 business days. Choose “Happy Pup” to get your order in 2 – 3 business days.

  • If your item has taken longer to arrive than the times specified above, please contact us immediately so that we can look into the matter. Include your order number. We’ll be happy to replace your item if it’s been lost.

  • Please get in touch with us as soon as possible and include pictures of the damaged product. If your claim is successful, we’ll happily replace your item.

  • Changed your mind? That’s okay! If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for free within 14 days of receiving the order, as long as it’s in its original condition. You can find out more about our refund policy by viewing it here.

  • Yes, you may exchange for free. Please contact us immediately for an exchange.

Returns
Returns & Exchanges Policy

We're so convinced you'll absolutely love our products, that we're willing to offer a 14 day risk free money back guarantee. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 14 days of making a purchase.


Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.


Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.


Shipping items

You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
